Eligibility for Replacement:
- Requests for a replacement must be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product must be in original condition with the seal unopened and the packaging intact.
Damaged or Defective Products:
- If the product arrives damaged or defective, please share an unboxing video as evidence to initiate the replacement process. The video should clearly show the condition of the package and the product.
- The claim must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Non-Eligible Items:
- Products with opened seals, altered packaging, or signs of use are not eligible for replacement.
- Fragrances bought during special sales or promotions are non-replaceable, except in cases of damages.
Replacement Process:
- Upon approval, you can choose between a replacement, store credit, or a refund, based on product availability.
- The product must be shipped back in its original packaging, and return shipping costs will be borne by us for damaged or defective items.
Product Exchange:
- We do not offer product exchanges for fragrances unless the product is damaged or defective.
Non-Delivery:
- If the product is not delivered, we will either provide a full refund or arrange a replacement shipment at no additional cost.
